The whole GUI

Now that the wrong way system is in place, I think finally all the Buttons hare now finished. Theres quite a bunch of them.

Unity supports Options to create custom GUI without having to individually draw every Button. However, that Option is very heavy on the draw calls and generally not recommended if you only display a few Buttons. EZGui, a middleware from the creator of Sprite Manager 2 might be a good solution there, But I haven't been able to check it out yet.

Until then, here are pretty much all the Buttons of Hollow Grounds
